In 2008, Pastor Jackson answered a profound call to shepherd his home congregation at New Shiloh Missionary Baptist

Church. His pastoral calling has been a fulfillment of the promise found in Jeremiah 3:15, "And I will give you shepherds

after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding." Since then, he has led his flock with the

wisdom and grace that only comes from a life dedicated to serving God and his community.

During his tenure as President of the Baptist Minister Conference in Gary, Indiana, Pastor Jackson demonstrated the

heart of a servant leader, embodying the teachings of 1 Peter 5:2-3 to "shepherd the flock of God...being examples to

the flock." His role as Finance Chair for the General Indiana Missionary Baptist Convention was marked by his

commitment to integrity and prudence, a testament to his steadfast faithfulness in managing God’s resources.

As Vice President of the Congress of Christian Education within the Northern Indiana Missionary Baptist District

Association, he has championed Christian education, understanding that knowledge in Christ is vital for growth and

prosperity in the spiritual journey, as emphasized by Hosea 4:6.

Pastor Jackson's personal life is as rich and fulfilling as his spiritual mission. He shares his life with his beloved wife, Robin

Jackson. Together, they have raised two children, Kenneth Whisenton and Kendall Jackson, instilling in them the values

of faith, hope, and love. Their family is completed by their cherished fur babies, Blanco and Capone, who add joy and

companionship to their home.

Pastor Jackson's service to God and his people continues to be inspired by the strength and assurance found in Isaiah

40:31: "those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles." His journey is a living

testimony to the abiding presence of God in his life and the lives of those he touches through his ministry.
